At long last actress Demi Moore has sold her triplex penthouse in the South Tower of the San Remo co-op on Central Park West.

Moore put the home on the market in 2015 at $75 million. She later cut that ask by $16 million and now has parted ways with the 17-room residence for just $45 million. That’s a big cut, but still enough to make it the priciest sale ever at the historic Westside building.

Adam Modlin brokered the sale and wasn’t immediately available for comment. The buyer was listed in property records as “M2 Trust.”

In 2015, Moore told the New York Times she was selling the property because she never had time to stay there. “This apartment is too magnificent not to be lived in full time,” she said.

Bruce Willis, Moore’s ex-husband, is said to have paid about $7 million for the apartment more than 25 years ago, according to the Times.

LLNYC toured the penthouse when it was still on the market last year, and later published a comprehensive list of the apartment building’s current residents, who are more likely to be titans of industry these days than stars of the silver screen .
