Extell Development revealed a new rendering of its 458-unit building at Downtown Brooklyn’s City Point in a teaser website that goes live today.

Known as Brooklyn Point, the 68-story building at 1 City Point (also known as 138 Willoughby Street) will feature studios to three-bedroom co-op apartments, with prices starting at $840,000, according to the website. The project, Extell’s first venture in Brooklyn, is designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox.

The building has 40,000 square feet of “amenity space” and more than 60,000 square feet of retail space, Extell announced last year. Sales are due to launch in the fall.

The Gary Barnett-led firm paid $120 million for the site to Washington Square Partners and Acadia Realty Trust in 2015.

The first phase of the mixed-use complex, a 23-story, 230,000-square-foot tower at 7 Dekalb Avenue, now owned by BFC Partners and the Brodsky Organization, opened in March 2016. Brodsky already controls another 44-story apartment tower in the project.

Last year, Extell estimated the unit at the building will sell out for $838 million, and the retail portion for $33 million.
