A pair of resale condominiums at the Related Companies’ Superior Ink recorded the priciest contracts during one of the strongest weeks of the year, according to Olshan Realty’s weekly luxury market report.

Units 11AB and 11CD at the West Village condominium building at 400 West 12th Street went into contract to one buyer with an asking price of $36.35 million, according to Olshan. That’s an impressive price of $4,674 per square foot.

Unit 11AB at the Robert A.M. Stern-designed building last sold in 2011 for $15.5 million, and unit 11CD last traded in 2009 for $13.54 million.

The luxury market recorded 29 contracts last week at $4 million and above, making it one of the best weeks this year.

The No. 2 contract went to the celebrity-studded 443 Greenwich Street, where apartment 2H went into contract with an asking price of $13.8 million. That’s up form the $12.15 million it was asking when it originally hit the market in October 2014.

There are five sponsor units out of 53 left at the building, where celebrities like Ryan Reynolds and his wife Blake Lively, Jennifer Lawrence and Jake Gyllenhaal have all bought homes.

Luxury homes with asking prices totaling $229.67 million went into contract last week, with a median asking price of $6.45 million. Luxury homes spent an average of 465 days on the market, with an average discount from original to final ask of 7 percent, according to Olshan. [Olshan] – Rich Bockmann
