Omnicom inks massive renewal at Gural’s 200 Varick
Omnicom has been in the building for 25 years
Advertising firm Omnicom Group renewed its 200,000-square-foot lease at GFP Real Estate’s 200 Varick Street for another 10 years.
Omnicom has been in the 410,000-square-foot Hudson Square building for more than 25 years, the Commercial Observer reported. Asking rents are reportedly in the $60s per square foot.
The landlord, formerly known as Newmark Holdings, was represented in-house, while Feld Real Estate represented the tenant.
Omnicom shares the building with the cinema Film Forum, which occupies 10,500 square feet. [CO] — Konrad Putzier
