An extravagant townhouse in Carroll Gardens has sold for $9.15 million, setting a new record for the tony Brooklyn neighborhood.

The home at 181 President Street was listed by Halstead and bests the neighborhood’s previous record of $6 million, according to Curbed. The building spans 5,356 square feet, and its amenities include a garage with a Tesla charging station, a temperature-controlled wine room, a back patio, a roof deck and an elevator to transport residents across all four floors.

The home went for slightly less than its asking price of $9.95 million and was on the market for about five months. [Curbed]Eddie Small
