UPDATED, Feb. 9, 11:13 a.m.: It’s got three bulletproof panic rooms and a sushi bar, but its Saudi prince owner no longer has any use for it.

Prince Nawaf bin Sultan Abdulaziz Al-Saud finally sold his Trump Place apartment at 240 Riverside for $36 million, after putting it on the market for $75 million back in 2012. The ask was then slashed to $48.5 million in 2015.

The final sales price comes to $2,857 per foot. The 10,500-square-foot triplex sold to an anonymous LLC. The apartment was formed by combining several units in the building and the $36 million figure is the combined number from three separate unit sales.

The last listing brokers were Elizabeth Mercedes Berk and Noel Berk of Engel & Volkers, who removed the listing from StreetEasy approximately five months ago. Previously, Nest Seekers International’s Ryan Serhant had a crack at selling the apartment. The Berks did not immediately return a request for comment.

These are turbulent times for the spendthrift royals who rule Saudi Arabia. In November, crown prince Mohammed bin Salman launched what he called an anti-corruption campaign and sought hundreds of millions of dollars held by various members of the royal family, including from Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, one of the world’s richest men and minority owner of the Plaza hotel, who until recently was imprisoned at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Riyadh.

Several of the condo buildings at Trump Place have removed the Trump name from their exteriors, but 200 Riverside Boulevard is still fighting with the Trump Organization over the issue.

Correction: This article was updated to correct the final sales price for the triplex.
