UPDATED, Feb. 15, 5:45 p.m.: January was a fairly slow month in terms of office leasing activity. The top 10 office lease deals totaled 1.2 million square feet, much lower than December’s top 10 leases, which totaled 1.8 million square feet.

Check out the 10 biggest from January below:

1) Simon & Schuster, 1230 Sixth Avenue, Midtown – 300,150 square feet

The CBS subsidiary inked a lease for 300,150 square feet of office space at 1230 Sixth Avenue at the 36-story building. The landlord of the property is Tishman Speyer.

2) Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, 51 West 52nd Street, Midtown- 250,000 square feet

The law firm renewed its lease for 250,000 square feet at 51 West 52nd Street, the building known as “Black Rock.” Mitch Steir and Howard Nottingham of Savills Studley represented the tenant, while Michael Laginestra and Andrew Sussman represented the landlord, CBS Corporation.

3) Liquidnet, 620 Eighth Avenue, Midtown – 140,000 square feet

The trading company inked a sublease for 140,000 square feet at 620 Eighth Avenue. Mitch Konsker of JLL represented the tenant, while Andrew Sachs of Newmark Knight Frank represented the sublandlord, the New York Times.

4) Greenberg Traurig LLP, 1 Vanderbilt Avenue, Midtown – 130,000 square feet

The law firm inked a lease for 130,000 square feet at 1 Vanderbilt Avenue for four contiguous floors. Barry Gosin and Moshe Sukenik of Newmark Knight Frank represented the tenant. Robert Alexander, Emily Jones, Sarah Pontius and Ryan Alexander of CBRE represented the landlord, SL Green Realty.

5) WeWork, 750 Lexington Avenue, Plaza District – 111,500 square feet

The coworking giant inked a lease for 111,500 square feet at 750 Lexington Avenue. The asking rent in the deal was $80 per square foot. Cohen Brothers Realty is the landlord of the building.

6) EY, 1 Manhattan West, Hudson Yards – 71,000 square feet

The Big 4 accounting firm expanded its lease for 71,000 square feet more at 1 Manhattan West. Bruce Mosler, Josh Kuriloff, Rob Lowe, Ethan Silverstein and Matthias Li of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Brookfield Property Partners, alongside an in-house team of Jeremiah Larkin, Duncan McCuaig and Alex Liscio.

7) Brooklyn Hospital, 620 Fulton Street, Fort Greene – 70,000 square feet

The hospital inked a lease for 70,000 square feet at 620 Fulton Street. Asking rent in the deal was $65 per square foot. Ingram & Hebron Realty represented both the tenant and the landlord, New York Hotel Trades Council.

8) Primary, 26 Broadway, Financial District- 48,873 square feet

The co-working company signed a lease for 48,873 square feet at 26 Broadway. Jonathan Mines of the Mines Group represented the tenant, while Howard Kesseler and Jamie Jacobs of Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, Chetrit Group.

9) New York Liquidation Bureau, 180 Maiden Lane, Financial District- 43,000 square feet

The bureau inked a lease for 43,000 square feet of office space at 180 Maiden Lane. The firm is taking part of the 15th floor and the entire 14th floor.  Tara Stacom, Robert Lowe, Frank Cento and Justin Royce of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlords, MHP Real Estate Services and Clarion Partners, alongside an MHP Real Estate Services in-house team of Richard Doolittle, James Tamborlane and Jesse Rubens.

10) Columbia Management, 485 Lexington Avenue, Turtle Bay – 38,651 square feet

The investment manager signed an 11-year lease for 38,651 square feet of office space at 485 Lexington Avenue. SL Green Realty is the landlord of the 32-story building.
