The new resident at a West Village building teeming with celebrities is a Monaco-born billionaire.

Gildo Pallanca Pastor, CEO of Venturi Automobiles, recently bought a condo for $10.25 million at 150 Charles Street through One Lucky Dog, an LLC, according to the New York Post. The unit is a duplex on the fourth floor and had been listed for $10.95 million.

Pastor’s new home has three bedrooms and spans 2,670 square feet with a 1,238-square-foot terrace. Amenities in the condo include an entry gallery, a chef’s kitchen and a library, while amenities in the building include a pool, a gym and a juice bar.

Pastor partnered with actor Leonardo DiCaprio last year to put a team in the FIA Formula E. Championship, which is the first race car series to use only electric automobiles.

The building at 150 Charles Street, developed by the Witkoff Group, is a popular place for celebrities, with past and present tenants including actor Ben Stiller, musician Jon Bon Jovi and Hard Rock Café founder Peter Morton. [NYP] – Eddie Small
