Outerwear and sportswear manufacturer David Peyser Sportswear extended and expanded its footprint on Bryant Park to 28,000 square feet.

The company, which has offices spread across several locations in the Garment District, extended its lease on the 12th floor at Adams and Company’s 4 Bryant Park and signed a new lease for the full 10th floor, the landlord told The Real Deal.

The new deals give David Peyser 28,000 square feet in the building for 10 years and make the company the largest tenant at the property. The asking rent for the space was $68 per square foot.

David Peyser is relocating offices from another Adams building at 463 7th Avenue.

Adams principal David Levy said the company recently renovated the building, which was previously known as 1701 Sixth Avenue.

“We redid the lobby and added a three-story curtain wall and just launched a brand new tenant portal,” he said.

Charles Borrok and Stephen Burke at Cushman and Wakefield represented David Peyser. Borrok couldn’t be immediately reached and Burke declined to comment.

Elsewhere on Bryant Park, Bank of America recently expanded to 500,000 square feet at Brookfield Property Partners’ 1114 Sixth Avenue (also known as the Grace Building) and the former HBO headquarters at 1100 Sixth Avenue.
