Attorney Ilyse Dolgenas, who property records indicate represented the buyer, did not respond to a request for comment.

The project from Macklowe Properties and CIM Group is now more than 85 percent sold and crossed the $2 billion threshold in February. The developers said this makes it the city’s highest grossing building ever. Late in 2017, a Chinese buyer paid $91.1 million for three apartments in the tower.

Also, it was reported Monday that Saudi billionaire Fawaz Al Hokair, who owns 432 Park’s top penthouse, was among those detained in Riyadh last fall during the country’s anti-corruption crackdown.
