Uma Thurman and the River House co-op

Uma Thurman is kicking around the idea of selling her co-op at the tony River House in Turtle Bay.

The “Kill Bill” star has been quietly checking out whisper listings for condominiums in neighborhoods like Tribeca and Soho, the New York Post reported.

Thurman bought her 13-room home at 435 East 52nd Street for $10 million in 2013. The seller, novelist Barbara Taylor Bradford, had been asking $18.99 million when the home originally hit the market in 2010.

The Academy Award nominee hasn’t yet listed her home, and it wasn’t clear what she would be asking for it. Uma’s broker is her brother, Compass agent Kunsang Mipam Thurman. She was recently interviewed at River House for a New York Times profile, in which she broke her silence on the Harvey Weinstein scandal.

Thurman’s neighbors include billionaire Wilbur Ross Jr., Henry Kissinger and Boston Bruins owner Jeremy Jacobs. And while she enjoys the quiet nature of her neighborhood, she’s said to be looking for an area a bit more lively.
