Jennifer Lopez’s love might not cost a thing, but her new digs with retired Yankees star Alex Rodriguez came with a $15.3 million price tag.

The couple purchased a 4,000-square-foot apartment at CIM Group and Macklowe Properties’ supertall 432 Park Avenue, the Wall Street Journal reported. The unit features four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms and Central Park views.

Douglas Elliman’s Shari Scharfer-Rollins, Richard Steinberg, Sabrina Saltiel and Roger Erickson represented the owner. Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group represented the buyer.

Lopez is trying to sell her penthouse at the Whitman building near Madison Square Park. She bought that unit back in 2014 for $20.2 million and has listed the property for $26.95 million.

Earlier this month, a penthouse in the tower sold for $32.4 million. The building is more than 85 percent sold and crossed the $2 billion threshold in February.

Other notable buyers at 432 Park include Saudi retail magnate Fawaz Al Hokair, tequila heir Juan Beckmann Vidal and Melco International CEO Lawrence Ho. [WSJ] — Kathryn Brenzel
