Restoration Hardware is opening an outlet store at Industry City.

The trendy furniture store signed a lease for 10,000 square feet on the ground floor of the complex’s Building 6 at 34 34th Street, the Commercial Observer reported.

Financial terms of the deal were not available, but rents at the 16 building, 6 million-square-foot complex in Sunset Park range from $15 to $40 per square foot.

No brokers were involved in the deal, according to the CO.

Other furnishing companies at Industry City include ABC Carpet & Home, West Elm, Design Within Reach and Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams.

Industry City – a joint venture of Jamestown, Belvedere Capital, Angelo Gordon & Co. and Cammeby’s International – is looking to rezone the complex to go from 5.3 million to 6.6 million square feet and include space for an educational institution.

Restoration Hardware signed a 15-year, $250 million lease with Aurora Capital Associates and William Gottlieb Real Estate for its flagship 60,000-square-foot space in the Meatpacking District. [CO]Rich Bockmann
