The terrace of the Gramercy Park Hotel was filled with real estate players on Tuesday evening for Slate Property Group’s annual investor and partner party. Guests arrived decked out in suits and jackets despite the roughly 90 degree temperature to enjoy complimentary drinks and appetizers, along with views of the Manhattan skyline.
