The commercial building hosting both Hampton Beverage and Goldberg’s Famous Bagels has hit the market for just shy of $6 million. The 11,000-square-foot building holds three separate units. The drink shop shuttered at the end of July after three years of business. Goldberg’s is on a month-to-month lease. Between Beverage and Goldbergs had been Churchill Wine and Spirits until it closed “some time back,” according to the East Hampton Star. Douglas Elliman‘s Justin Angello, Hara Kang and James Keogh are handling the listing. [East Hampton Star]
