Amenities in the planned building include a rooftop pool, a media room and exercise rooms. According to the application, the project will have roughly 80,000 square feet of residential space. Commercial space will span about 7,400 square feet and the community center will be about 21,000 square feet.

Ranger’s other properties include 167 Willoughby Street in Brooklyn, the Lanes in Long Island City and 199-201 Chrystie Street in Manhattan. In March, Ranger and a group of partners that included Sagamore Capital, sold the Hilton Garden Inn in Long Island City to the Lightstone Group for $60 million. The company also has properties in Washington D.C. and Philadelphia.
