The president of America’s largest mutual life insurer is getting ready for retirement.

John Kim will be retiring from New York Life Insurance at the end of the year and his wife and he are planning to move to Naples, Florida, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Before they fly south, however, Kim wants to sell off their 2,723-square-foot Flatiron apartment at One Madison for $11.95 million–just north of the $10.25 million the couple paid for it in 2015.

The three-bedroom condo has a wrap-around terrace, 11-foot ceilings as well as access to building amenities like a fitness center, private screening room, indoor swimming pool and spa.

“It represented for me everything that is New York City, with a perfect view of the Empire State Building,” Kim told the Journal. Douglas Elliman agent Michael Graves has the listing. [WSJ]Erin Hudson
