More than 40,000 employees — plus thousands of tourists and residents — will soon have more than two dozen new restaurants to choose from at Hudson Yards.

The megadevelopment’s culinary hub, which will feature 25 different restaurants and what the developer calls “food concepts,” is expected to open in March. This week, Related Companies announced that Belcampo Meat Co. will open its first location outside California on the fourth floor of the Hudson Yards dining building.

The developer also announced that Seoul-native Eunjo Park will be executive chef of Momofuku’s restaurant at Hudson Yards. She has worked at New York’s Daniel, Per Se and Momofuku Ko, Bloomberg reported.

Other restaurants at include Thomas Keller’s TAK Room, José Andrés’s Mercado Little Spain food hall, Citarella and Shake Shack. [Bloomberg]Kathryn Brenzel
