WeWork has signed yet another lease in Manhattan, this time for about 57,000 square feet at Zar Group’s 1450 Broadway, right by Times Square.

The co-working giant will take four floors in the building, and plates will range between 13,829 and 14,385 square feet, according to WeWork. The company signed the lease last week and expects to open the new Midtown location during the first six months of next year.

Mitch Konsker of JLL represented Zar Group in the deal, and Jeff Winick of Winick Realty represented WeWork. The Commercial Observer first reported the news.

WeWork announced in September that it had become the largest office tenant in Manhattan, with its lease for more than 250,000 square feet at 21 Penn Plaza putting it over the top. It has not slowed down since then and has recently signed leases at 609 Fifth Avenue, 575 Lexington Avenue and 35 East 21st Street.

As The Real Deal first reported on Thursday, Mark Lapidus, the former head of global real estate at WeWork, has left the company. General counsel Peter Greenspan was promoted to fill his role. WeWork is also in talks with SoftBank for an investment that could reach $20 billion.
