There was no shortage of notable residential sales in New York City over the past week. For example, super-lawyer David Boies shed his 35th-floor apartment in the Sherry-Netherland for $13.6 million. And an anonymous buyer dropped more than $32 million for two pads at Vornado Realty Trust’s 220 Central Park South.

But those weren’t the only deals that closed this week. Here’s are some of the other residential sales that caught our eye.

– Former Univision CFO Francisco Lopez-Balboa and his wife Carolynn Rockafellow sold their five-bedroom co-op at 1155 Park Avenue for about $8.6 million. The unit was asking $9.5 million. The buyer was Margaret Hess Chi, the granddaughter of Hess Corporation founder Leon Hess, and her husband, Michael Chi. Corcoran Group had the listing. Lopez-Balboa left Univision in March, after the the Spanish-language TV network canceled its plans for an initial public offering.

– Documentary filmmaker and journalist Pamela Hogan and her husband, cinematographer Jeffrey Kimball, sold their Upper West Side penthouse for nearly $4.6 million. The unit is located at 44 West 76th Street, a six-unit building built in 1900. The buyer was anonymous, listed as the entity Waterstone Equity LLC. Hogan’s credits include the independent film “Looks Like Laury, Sounds Like Laury.: Kimball’s movies include “Top Gun” and “Mission: Impossible 2.”

– Finance power couple Gary Appel and Sallie Krawcheck picked up another co-op at the Majestic in Lincoln Square for $8 million. They bought unit #9E, right by the one they bought in 2015 for about $10.8 million. The seller was the estate of Marian Joan Ormont.

(These deals were recorded with the city’s Department of Finance between Jan. 2 to Jan. 10.)
