State Farm inks long-term lease at Hampton Bays shopping center

The insurance company State Farm has signed a long-term lease for 1,500 square feet at the Tiana Plaza shopping center in Hampton Bays. Bill de Seve and Robert Delavale of Garden City-based Breslin Realty Development Corporation negotiated the transaction for the center’s landlord. Other tenants of the plaza, located at 252 West Montauk Highway, include Dollar Tree, Domino’s, HSBC, Planet Fitness, Wild by Nature and others. There is still 11,000 square feet of retail space available. State Farm operates more than 340 offices throughout the country.
