Alexis Stewart’s 9,500-square-foot apartment in the West Village is officially on the market.

Stewart, the only daughter of television personality Martha Stewart, cobbled together the sprawling unit after snapping up four units at 165 Charles Street for $35 million between 2006 and 2007, the Wall Street Journal reports. The younger Stewart, who has cultivated her own media personality, designed the new six-bedroom megaunit herself.

The apartment includes a private office (with a terrace), library, walk-in refrigerator, recreation room and gym — along with floor-to-ceiling windows with views to the south and west. Stewart is selling because she’d like to move to a place with a backyard for her two children and dog, according to listing agent Richard Ziegelasch of Brown Harris Stevens.

The 16-story condo was completed in 2004 by 56 Leonard Street developer, Alexico Group. The architect was Richard Meier & Partners Architects, a prestigious firm that became embroiled in #MeToo allegations after multiple women accused its famous founder of sexual misconduct, leading him to step back. Building amenities include a 50-foot infinity pool and 24-hour doorman.

According to StreetEasy, the next largest condo on the market in the building is a raw 3,411-square-foot unit asking $9.5 million. It’s been on the market for 147 days. [WSJ] — Erin Hudson
