There were almost 30 deals last week in Manhattan’s luxury market

A condo at 320 West 12th Street was the priciest deal last week.

Manhattan’s luxury market saw 27 contracts signed last week for a total of about $202 million, according to the latest report from Olshan Realty.

The contracts signed at $4 million or above were split between 23 condos, three co-ops and one townhouse. The number of contracts increased by 12 from the week before, and the dollar volume increased by about $84 million.

The top contract last week was for a condo at 320 West 12th Street, which had an asking price of $33.5 million. Hedge fund billionaire Steven Cohen initially purchased the 9,600-square-foot triplex unit in 2013 for about $23.4 million and renovated it.

The second priciest deal was for a penthouse at 30 Park Place, which had an asking price of $16.45 million, down from about $18.88 million. The three-bedroom unit spans 3,173 square feet and is part of the 82-story Four Seasons condo tower designed by Robert A.M. Stern.

Other contracts signed last week included a $12.5 million co-op at 941 Park Avenue and a roughly $5 million townhouse at 237 East 32nd Street.
