There were 10 contracts signed in Brooklyn’s luxury market last week for a total of about $30 million.

The properties were split between seven townhouses and three condominiums, and they went for an average price of about $3 million, according to the latest report from Stribling & Associates. The firm defines the borough’s luxury market as all homes priced at $2 million or higher.

Both numbers were down from the week before, when the market saw 13 contracts signed for about $36.9 million.

The two most expensive deals last week were both for townhouses on 2nd Street in Park Slope. The priciest sale was for 601 2nd Street, which went for slightly less than $5 million. The six-bedroom home spans 4,700 square feet and went into contract for 3 percent less than its previous sale price in February of last year.

The townhouse in second place sold for $3.85 million at 458 2nd Street. The six-bedroom home is laid out as an owner’s upper triplex with a garden rental apartment and a full cellar.

Other deals last week included a condo at 22 North 6th Street in Williamsburg for about $3.8 million and a townhouse at 749 53rd Street in Sunset Park for $3.25 million. – Eddie Small
