Bravo TV’s Ramona Singer has officially said goodbye to her longtime Upper East Side home.

Singer, a star on the “Real Housewives of New York” series, sold her apartment at the Richmond Condominium at 201 East 80th Street for a little over $4 million, or $1,630 per square foot, property records show. The buyer was recorded as Blake Bhatia, who could not be immediately reached for comment.

Singer and her ex-husband Mario Singer had bought the 2,468-square-foot, four-bedroom home over two decades ago. The couple’s daughter, Avery, has grown up and Singer was looking to downsize.

Singer did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Douglas Elliman’s Pamela Nichols, who represented both sides in the transaction, declined to comment.

In June 2018, Singer put the home on the market for $4.995 million. Nichols became involved in selling the unit earlier this year, and the listing was made public on StreetEasy in March with an asking price of $4.595 million.

Singer, who also had been looking to rent her Southampton home for the summer, has since moved 20 blocks south of her old abode, according to BravoTV.com.

“It’s good when you move that you have your same furniture, ’cause it makes you feel familiar and not so strange,” she has said.
