The divorced co-founders of the Tribeca Film Festival are trying to sell their sprawling apartment at the Dakota once again.

Film producer Jane Rosenthal and real estate investor Craig Hatkoff first listed their five-bedroom apartment for $39 million following their split in 2016. After a year on the market, they slashed their asking price by 25 percent but still didn’t snag a buyer. Their most recent attempt chops the price even further to $25 million with broker Adam Modlin handling the listing this time around. He declined to comment.

The former couple combined four apartments to create their massive eighth floor apartment, which faces Central Park. They reportedly called the apartment home for two decades.

The Dakota was built in 1884 and became a co-operative in 1961. The building has seen a string of famous residents including Yoko Ono and John Lennon, Robert Flack and Judy Garland.

But in recent years listings in the exclusive co-op are lingering on the market and seeing significant price cuts, mirroring the city’s troubled luxury market. Amid a backdrop of staggering oversupply of newly built condos, properties are taking an average haircut of 9 percent off their original listing prices before sale, according to Donna Olshan.
