Luis D. Ortiz is officially on his own.

The celebrity broker, who returned to Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing New York” this season, has left the Douglas Elliman team he ran with business partner Ronita Kalra.

The team is now branded under Kalra’s name and Ortiz is no longer involved, Kalra confirmed.

Ortiz had left the real estate business in 2016, then made a televised return to it and New York City this summer. Throughout that time Kalra continued to run their business under both their names and built out the team. Ortiz previously received 5 percent of each deal’s commission, a source said.

His departure from his former team comes after he announced during last week’s “Million Dollar Listing” finale that he was moving to Puerto Rico with his newborn daughter and co-parent.

“Why? Because when I brought Leela to Puerto Rico, I saw her face and I saw her energy. We’re gonna try for a year, maybe two years, and just focus every minute on this baby girl,” he said on the show. He did not return requests for comment.

Kalra called the decision for Ortiz to exit their team an “equal” one guided by family decisions.

“It was organic,” she said. “We’re on different paths now.”
