The Real Deal takes you inside Essex Crossing, the $1.5 billion Lower East Side megaproject from L+M Development Partners, BFC Partners, Taconic Investment Partners, Prusik Group and Goldman Sachs Urban Investment Group. The complex will feature more than 1,000 residential units across nine buildings, along with 450,000 square feet of retail space and 350,000 square feet of office space. Construction on the massive development should be done in 2021.
