An LLC linked to United Elite Group purchased a four-story mixed-use property in Park Slope for $13 million. The seller was Fourth New York Realty Co., which is based in Summit, N.J. The property is located at 69-75 Fourth Avenue, and the four adjacent lots span 6,190 square feet with 16 residential units overall.
