Tune in tonight: TRD Talks with Mary Ann Tighe and Scott Rechler

RXR CEO and Chairman and CBRE Tri-State CEO consider the market during coronavirus

Tonight at 5PM, TRD Editor-in-Chief Stuart Elliott will catch up with two NYC titans on the latest episode of TRD Talks LiveElliott will talk to Mary Ann Tighe, chief executive of CBRE’s Tri-State region, and Scott Rechler, CEO and Chairman of RXR Realty. Both Tighe and Rechler have weathered some of the industry’s biggest storms and tonight they’ll talk about how the coronavirus pandemic compares with previous disasters and down markets, and what it takes to make it to the other side.

Tighe, who has been involved in over 100 million square feet of commercial transactions, is credited with a number of high-profile, including bringing major media company Conde Nast to 1 World Trade Center. She is also a former chairman of the Real Estate Board of New York. Rechler former RXR in 2007, shortly before the start of the Great Recession, and grew that company into a major developer, owner, and investor. He is also member of the Metropolitan Transportation Authority’s board.
