Billionaire businessman Vince Viola is making his second big real estate move in as many months.

The Florida Panthers owner is in contract to sell his enormous Upper East Side townhouse for around $60 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.

The 20,000-square-foot home at 12 East 69th Street has been on and off the market since 2013, when Viola and his wife Teresa first listed it for $114 million. In 2017, it was reportedly in contract to sell for $80 million — which would have been a record-breaking townhouse sale — but the deal ultimately fell through. That buyer was linked to Chinese oil baron Ye Jianming, who reportedly disappeared before the deal could be finalized, sources told the publication.

The property Vince Viola on the market in 2018 for $88 million, and since then, it’s gotten a series of price cuts. It was most recently asking $79 million.

The home, which is just off of Museum Mile, has six bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a bevy of high-end amenities, including a home theater, roof terrace, a pool and a panic room.

The Violas did set a townhouse record in January — in Brooklyn, that is. The couple’s sprawling mansion at 8 Montague Terrace sold for $25.5 million, which is the priciest resi sale ever recorded in the borough.
