While pricing details for the deal weren’t made available, average retail rents in the area ranged from $332 to $571 per square foot in the fourth quarter of 2020, according to a report by CBRE.

Max Swerdloff of RAE Leasing represented Kushner, while Fritz Kemerling of Atlantic Retail represented the tenant. Nicole Kushner Meyer, a principal at Kushner Companies, told the publication that the store will “breathe life into the neighborhood and these historic properties.” The landlord recently signed a deal with Major Food Group for a new restaurant across the street in the Puck Building.
