Socialite Shafi Roepers has relisted her 7,000-square-foot Upper East Side co-op with another price chop.

Roepers is now asking $45 million for the unit at 4 East 66th Street. That’s $20 million less than she had sought in 2015, when it first hit the market. It was last priced at $55 million in 2017.

While the listing price has dropped, the monthly maintenance fee on the full-floor unit has jumped. Maintenance is now $20,770, up from $17,987 in spring 2017, when Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing. Brown Harris Stevens took over the assignment later that year, and Mary Fitzgibbons and Chris Poore are the current listing agents. They declined to comment.

Roepers is the ex-wife of Alexander Roepers, who founded Atlantic Investments Group.

She paid $15.75 million for the five-bedroom, eight-bathroom unit in 2013 as part of the couple’s divorce, the Observer reported. Two years later, she listed it for $65 million after the unit was renovated by the “leather daddy of luxury” Peter Marino, who has designed stores for retailers for Louis Vuitton and Christian Dior.

The pricey pad has been on and off the market for several years. The third-floor unit overlooks Central Park and features 12-foot ceilings and a fireplace.
