Save the date: The Real Deal’s signature NYC event is back

Mask up, show up and show out at the city’s premier real estate function

Mark my words and your calendars: The show must go on.

And it will — on Thursday, May 19 at the Metropolitan Pavilion. New York City’s residential market is back and so is TRD’s annual NYC Real Estate Showcase + Forum.

New development contracts in Manhattan nearly tripled in 2021. The luxury market as a whole started 2022 with a bang — the biggest bang, actually, that the Olshan report has seen since 2017. With records breaking seemingly left and right, the market is burgeoning with possibilities.

Want to make those possibilities a reality? The first step is to secure your spot at the Showcase for the early bird price by Friday, March 4. (Your TRD subscription gets you an additional discount, by the way.)

The second step is to dry clean your suit and brush up your elevator pitch. Real estate is all about people, and you can count on there being at least a couple thousand of them at the Showcase.

“But Raji, what about Covid?” Fear not, dear reader. We’ll have masks, temperature checks and everything else you need to stay healthy and practice safe networking. Face coverings will be required for all attendees. Think of it like a masquerade ball!

Step three, if you’re up for it, is to toss your hat in the ring to be one of our speakers. Proposals are open, so shoot your shot. Michael Shvo, Maryanne Gilmartin, Larry Silverstein and countless other industry stars have taken the stage in the past. Now, it’s your turn.
