    Andrew HeibergerAndrew Heiberger’s real estate career started when he was a teenager helping his family trade properties on his native Long Island.
    At age 26, he founded Citi Habitats, which grew on the backs of lower and mid-range rentals to become one of the biggest brokerages in New York City. He sold it in 2004 to NRT Incorporated and shortly thereafter started Buttonwood Development, specializing in boutique development in New York. Then, in December 2010, the serial entrepreneur started Town Residential.
    Town, a full-service luxury real estate firm, has 10 offices with more than 570 licensed brokers and staff, specializing in higher-end sales and leasing in Manhattan, including in new developments.
    Heiberger graduated from the University of Michigan and earned a law degree from the University of Miami. He has lived in Manhattan since 1993.
