SG2 buys big Bronx portfolio

Stephen Siegel’s SG2 partnership closed on the $300 million purchase of a 51-building Bronx portfolio that contains 3,611 housing units. Siegel said SG2 intends to maintain the portfolio’s stock of rent-stabilized apartments.
