Trinity real estate COO to step down, too

A second Trinity Church real estate division executive is splitting from the organization next January, Crain’s reported. Following in the footsteps of President Carl Weisbrod, who announced earlier this week that he would leave his post, COO Emily Lloyd announced that she, too, will step down. Lloyd, 65, has held her position for under two years. “With Carl leaving I thought it made sense for me, too,” she said. “This way, the new management can start with a clean slate.” Lloyd will not retire but has not yet decided on her next move, she said. Trinity is the largest private commercial landlord in New York City, with 6 million square feet of property in the Hudson Square neighborhood. [Crain’s]
