Park51 developer is perceived differently by New Yorkers, real estate columnist says


There seems to be a disconnect between how Park51 developer Sharif El-Gamal “thinks he is perceived by New Yorkers and how he really is perceived,” New York Post real estate columnist Jennifer Gould Keil told My Fox NY in the video above, where she recapped parts of El-Gamal’s interview from The Real Deal’s forum last night. As part of her real estate roundup, Keil also noted that Dixie Chicks lead singer Natalie Maines bought a $4.3 million pad at 525 West 22nd Street, and that advertising guru Donny Deutsch sold his East Hampton oceanfront property for $30 million.
