10-story residence to rise in Tribeca

A new residential building is slated to rise in Tribeca, at 460 Washington Street, according to Department of Buildings paperwork, the Tribeca Citizen reported. The Related Companies  is the developer behind the project, according Citizen, and Ismael Leyva Architects will spearhead the design.

The filing indicates that the building will be 10 stories high and contain a total of 107 units. There will also be ground-level retail space. However, there is no word on whether the units will be condominiums, rentals or co-ops.  According to the DOB filing, the proposed total square footage of the project is 140,990.
