A long-stalled Midtown construction site is seeing new life, now that work has started again on a residential project at 325 Lexington Avenue, Curbed reported. Construction on the project had begun back in 2008, but was halted shortly thereafter.

Permits for construction were renewed in July 2011 and another round of permits were issued just yesterday, according to the Department of Buildings. The new plans call for a ground floor restaurant and bar, 103 apartments with two full-floor penthouses, a club room and a fitness center.
