Over the past seven months, Kushner has purchased over 450 apartment units in the area, as The Real Deal previously reported. In some cases, he paid sellers massive premiums on their purchase prices.

Tenants in the East Village have come together to discuss how new developments in the rapidly-changing area will affect their quality of life. [NYP, 4th item]  –Hiten Samtani
