After repeated attempts to sell, “Weeds” star Mary-Louise Parker has unloaded her duplex co-op at 32 Washington Square West for $7.45 million, Real Estate Weekly reported.

Laura Rozos of the Corcoran Group had the listing for the five-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom prewar unit. It had a listing price of $6.99 million back in March, as The Real Deal reported. The apartment first hit the market in March 2012, listed with Edward Ferris of Brown Harris Stevens, for $7.25 million.

Charles O’Kelley, CEO of online ad company AppNexus, purchased the 10-room, 3,000-square-foot pad, the publication said.

Parker appears to have bought ex-boyfriend and fellow actor Billy Crudup out of his interest in the apartment for $1.5 million in 2005. [REW]Mark Maurer
