The move from its offices at 17 Battery Place North, reported by the New York Observer, is part of the company’s expansion and represents the latest tech company to move into the Garment District.

Joseph Mangiacotti, the CBRE broker who represented the landlord, also helped Alloy Digital find space in Midtown on the 19th floor at 498 Seventh Avenue.

A team of three CBRE brokers, Stuart Siegel, Matthew Bergey and Daniel Bodner, represented Tethys. The trio also worked to find space for interior designer Jamie Drake at 67 Irving Place near Gramercy Park and secured an office in Chelsea for fashion-centric artist management company Jed Root at 333 Seventh Ave. [NYO]Melvin Backman
