Mashable is in talks to take between 50,000 and 60,000 square feet at L&L Holding’s newly renovated 114 Fifth Avenue in Midtown South. The digital news website has been on the prowl for new space since at least November, as The Real Deal reported.

The burgeoning media organization has been rapidly scaling up its workforce and will leave its 17,444-square-foot space at SL Green Realty’s 304 Park Avenue South next year.
