A charity led by Charles Bronfman, billionaire and former co-chairman of gin purveyor Seagram, signed a lease for 6,413 square feet of office space at 445 Park Avenue.

An Entity Called Only Park Avenue Props Associates LLC owns the office property, located between 56th and 57th streets, where asking rent is in the $90s per square foot, according to the Wall Street Journal. A Brown Harris Stevens office occupies the 11th and 12th floors.

The Andrea and Charles Bronfman Philanthropies, which raises funds to promote Canadian and Jewish cultures, is currently based nearby, at 110 East 59th Street. The move is planned for the spring.
