UPDATED, 5:12 p.m., Feb. 11: A three-bedroom duplex condominium at the Residences at the Time Warner Center that last changed hands in 2009 is back on the market for $35 million.
The home in the Time Warner Center’s south tower boasts a private elevator, views of Central Park and the Hudson River, Norwegian wood walnut paneling and flooring in the kitchen and white concrete floors in the living, dining and hallway areas. A staircase connects the units two levels, and the upper level has a “flexible floor plan” that can be switched between three bedrooms and an open loft plan. Building amenities are equally luxe, as the new owner will have access to the hotel’s white-glove hotel services. Currently owned by a European businessman who purchased the home for the family’s personal use, the Corcoran Group’s Barbara Hochhauser, has the listing.

“The current owner spent over a year renovating the property into a spectacular ultra-modern duplex,” Hochhauser said via a spokesperson.

The home is currently the second most expensive active sales listing in the building, topped only by a $49.9 million four-bedroom unit listed by Elizabeth Sample and Brenda Powers of Sotheby’s International Realty. A $24 million three-bedroom once owned by Veronica Atkins, wife of the late nutritionist Dr. Robert Atkins, hit the market last week.
