Breakups? Check. Breakdowns? Check. Fussy sellers, new babies, cross-country travels. Check check check. Million Dollar Listing New York is back on April 2, when the real estate reality show, which follows the trio of agents through the trials and tribulations of brokering million dollar sales, returns to air.

The season will involve, according to E! Online, “penthouses at the $40 million mark, $180 million developments and huge commissions.” And other plot points will likely include Eklund’s new marriage, Serhant’s attempts to balance work and romance and Ortiz’s new gig with Douglas Elliman after getting the boot from Keller Williams NYC last August.
