Sean Ludwick, founder and managing partner of Black House Development, has been accused of entering his ex-girlfriend’s Tribeca home and drawing penises on artwork he had made.

Ludwick was charged last week with stalking, criminal mischief, aggravated harassment, impersonation and computer trespassing. The 41-year-old used his own key to access the apartment of Lana Trevisan, an executive at the Gansevoort Hotel Group, and painted yellow images “in the shape of penises,” according to a complaint filed in Manhattan Criminal Court. The complaint said he also poured the rest of the paint on the floor.

“I became unhappy when I found out she was having an affair,” Ludwick told the New York Post. “I augmented my work to reflect my emotions at that moment.”

Ludwick left his wife and two children to live with Trevisan, and then moved out after learning Trevisan was having an affair, the Post said.

Last year, Black House struck a deal to borrow over $82 million to finance two new ultra-luxe developments on West 29th Street in Chelsea, as previously reported. [NYP]Mark Maurer
