The developers, which are also responsible for Reade Chambers, a Tribeca condo tower and the Jefferson in the East Village, expect the project to be completed in January next year. However, leasing, which will be handled by the Marketing Directors, could begin as early as this fall. [Buzzbuzzhome]Christopher Cameron
