With leasing slated to begin next month, Sam Boymelgreen has released new renderings of his Brooklyn rental building, dubbed the Kestrel, at 33 Caton Place in Windsor Terrace.

The eight-story development between East 8th Street and Ocean Parkway will house 126 apartments of approximately 900 square feet each, New York Yimby reported.

The building, designed by DJ Associates Architect PC and Luca Andrisani Architects, would offer studios through three-bedroom units, to be made available this year.

The two top floors will be set back from the street to make room for terraces, and the roof will also feature green space, the rendering reveals. The lower apartments will also have small terraces. The facade will feature gray stone with metal accents, though the exact materials that will be used are still a mystery, according to NY Yimby.

Boymelgreen tapped Halstead Property Development Marketing to handle marketing a leasing back in February, as previously reported. [NY Yimby]Angela Hunt
